Refund policy

Cancellation:

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out or produced.
 

Returns (if applicable)

Due to the fact that our products are Made To Order, the item cannot be returned unless its a fabrication fault. If the product has a fabrication problem, you can return or exchange it only if it is returned in its original condition and packaging, within 30 days from the delivery date.
 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at yreartofficial@gmail.com.
 

Digital item refund policy:

No Refunds on Digital Items: Due to the nature of digital content, which can be duplicated onto your computer or other devices, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital items.

At YreArt, we stand by the quality of our products. We physically test each Digital item on our machines.
