We also sell digital files that are vector files (.svg, .dxf, .ai, etc.) that can be used with your own laser cutting machine to create your own products. Our files are designed with care and precision, and we test them on our own machines before offering them for sale. However, we cannot guarantee that our files will work with every laser cutting machine or software, as different machines and software may have different settings and requirements. We are not responsible for any issues or damages that may arise from using our files with your machine or software. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your machine and software are compatible with our files and that you follow the safety instructions and precautions of your machine and software.
 

License:
When you purchase a digital product from us, you are granted a commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product or file for your own personal or commercial purposes. You may not resell, share, distribute, or transfer the digital product to anyone else, or use the digital product for illegal purposes. You may not modify, alter, or edit the digitsl product in any way, except for resizing or changing the color to suit your needs. You may not claim the product or file as your own design or creation. You retain the ownership of the physical products that you make from the file, but we retain the ownership and all rights to the digital product itself.
 

Payment:
All prices are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept payment via PayPal, credit card, or debit card. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, fees, or charges that may apply to your purchase, depending on your location and jurisdiction. We will not ship or deliver your order until we receive full payment from you.
 

Delivery:
We offer worldwide shipping for our products, and instant download for our files. For products, we will ship your order within 3 business days of receiving your payment, unless otherwise stated on our website or in our communication with you. We will provide you with a tracking number and a confirmation email once your order is shipped. For files, you will receive a link to download your file immediately after your payment is processed. You will also receive an email with the download link and instructions. You are responsible for downloading and saving your file within 30 days of purchase, as the link will expire after that period. We are not responsible for any delays, losses, damages, or errors that may occur during the delivery or download process, as they are beyond our control.
 

Returns and Refunds:
Due to the nature of our products and files, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, unless the product or file is defective, damaged, or not as described. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product or file, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or download, and provide us with proof of purchase and a photo or video of the issue.
